Q: What is Sports Direct Membership?

Sports Direct Membership is a **free rewards programme** that gives loyal customers access to exclusive benefits, personalised offers and a more seamless shopping experience. It’s managed through the **Sports Direct App**, and customers are automatically enrolled when they create an online account. As our first membership programme, Sports Direct Membership helped shape how we reward customers today and informed the evolution towards Frasers Plus.

Q: Why are we moving away from Sports Direct Membership?

We’re bringing everything together to create a **simpler, better rewards experience**. By moving to Frasers Plus, we can: - Offer **one single rewards and engagement platform** across the Frasers Group - Make it **easier to understand in-store and online**, with one clear sign-up journey - Bring together **flexible payment options and exclusive benefits** in one place - Work more closely with brand partners to deliver **better rewards and stronger offers** All existing Sports Direct Membership benefits will move across to Frasers Plus, so customers won’t miss out.

Q: Will Sports Direct Members be automatically signed up to Frasers Plus?

No. Sports Direct Membership customers will **not** be automatically enrolled in Frasers Plus. If you’d like to join Frasers Plus, you’ll need to **apply through the standard application process**, even if you were previously a Sports Direct Member. We’ll be sharing communications to help guide customers through this.

Q: How do I apply for Frasers Plus?

You can apply online via the **Frasers Plus website**. Before applying, you can: - **Check your eligibility** with no impact on your credit score To apply, you must: - Be **18 or over** - Have **at least 6 months of UK address history** - Have a **UK bank account** - Have a minimum annual income of **£7,500** (or **£15,000 household income**) - Not have been declined for Frasers Plus in the last **3 months** - Not have had a **CCJ in the last 12 months** - Not have been declared bankrupt or had an IVA in the last **6 years** All applications are subject to approval.

Q: What will change for existing Frasers Plus customers?

Nothing about your **credit account or payment experience** will change. What *will* change is the value you receive: - Access to an **even wider range of exclusive benefits** - More **personalised offers** Rewards and benefits across **all Frasers Group brands and partner retailers**, all in one place

Q: Can I still get offers if I don’t have Frasers Plus?

Yes. All customers will continue to have access to: - **Sales and promotional pricing** online and in-store - **Email offers and promotions** if you’re signed up to marketing emails - Occasional benefits such as **competitions** However, Frasers Plus customers will enjoy the **most exclusive rewards and personalised offers**.

Q: What benefits will Frasers Plus customers get from February 2026?

Frasers Plus customers will have access to **some off the current Sports Direct Membership benefits**, including: - **20% off a birthday treat** - **Discounted Everlast Gyms membership**, saving up to £60 a year - **12 months’ free access** to the Everlast Gyms Fitness App - **10% off cycling servicing** at Evans Cycles (on selected yearly service packages) We’ll also be adding **new benefits and exclusive partner offers** over time.

Almost a year ago, we launched Sports Direct Membership, and over 7 million of you joined us to enjoy monthly prize draws, exclusive offers, partner benefits and more. Now, we’re taking the next step.

We are updating our customer loyalty offering by integrating Sports Direct Membership into Frasers Plus, to create one unified, Group-wide rewards platform. Frasers Plus is our Group's FCA-regulated credit payment account that rewards customers every time they shop across the Frasers Group portfolio and select partner retailers. The integration under Frasers Plus, which will take place from February 2026 will simplify customers shopping experience, providing a single destination for rewards, offers and flexible payment options.

Here's what you need to know:

Sports Direct Membership will officially close on 31st January 2026
After this date, Sports Direct Membership benefits will no longer be available via your Sports Direct account
Existing Sports Direct Members will not be automatically enrolled into Frasers Plus - you'll need to sign up to Fraser Plus separately
Existing Frasers Plus customers will be able to access selected benefits previously within Sports Direct Membership.
